Almost there

The bass wobble needs to be much more prominent. Add some sort of compression in whatever program you are using. It should be the focal point of a dubstep song. Also, modulate some frequency shifts in the bassline. You can fade it in at a higher frequency, and then drop the frequency when you want it to fully hit. A dubstep bassline needs to sound thick and heavy, which sadly this doesn't.

Dude, do this, and this will be a perfect 10 out of 10 and a completely genre-bending dubstep song to boot.

As much as I want to fix the wobble, I wouldn't be able to upload a revised version because the song was used in a flash :\

"Nice little loop"

I like the sound, but you need more variation in that one synth line, that overall stands out as the biggest weak point. Stretch this shit out into a song, this could be a really great latin house song.

"Disjointed and unenjoyable"

This sounds way too generic, the bass is alright, but thats about the only thing that doesn't sound mashed in. The lyrics are generic, and do not flow like hip hop should. Listen to some atmosphere. Thats how good hip hop should sound. Keep trying man, It's not my intention to make you feel bad and stop making music, just to remind you that you have a long way to go. Shift things up, write lyrics with other people, and get those lyrics flowing better. Use really big words that just flow right into each other.

Best of luck.

"Great trip-hop"

I do agree somewhat with Fissile below me, the stop is way out of place. I think an echo at that pause on one of the melodies and then frequency modulation would sound nice. You have an extremely unique sounding piece of work here, and I would like to know, how exactly did you make this? Was it made with loops or your own samples and what program did you use? I also agree with Fissile in that it is somewhat repetitive. Maybe add a breakdown, some vocal samples, and set it up so that after the stop, you change it up a bit, add a prominent bassline, drop in the vocals, and then have the main chorus come back in at the end?

Don't get me wrong, this is incredible. I want to see this all perfectly arranged so it fully becomes the song it can be.

Learning how to make electronic music. Expect many updates in weeks to come.
